Due to the many variables associated with your computers and the internet, bandwidth speeds can not be guaranteed. We strive to provide the best connections we can. Many factors exist, with computer hardware and Internet connectivity, which can affect the internet connection speeds. You may not achieve advertised speeds at certian times of the day. If after running our speed test you believe you are not seeing the speeds you expect, our technical support staff can try to help you with issues in your connectivity. Most times this will be a computer or internal network issue.
